How do I contact you?

How long will my order take to ship? 

Orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California. Orders may take 5-7 business days to process if your order does not include a pre-ordered item. Please note this does not include shipping time!

Why does it take so long for my order to ship out?

Modified Nonstop is run by 1 person. That means one person is replying to emails, processing orders, shipping out orders, and making stickers. 

What does pre-order mean?

Order before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later. If multiple items are ordered with a pre-ordered item, your order will not ship till we receive the product. If you would like to receive your other items sooner please place separate orders!

When do apparel pre-orders open?

We try to keep as much as we can in stock, but open pre-orders when needed. We announce when they are open and how long they are open on our Instagram (@modified.nonstop). Feel free to send us an email if you have any questions!

Can I change my order? 

Yes, if you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible before we ship out your order. Once your order has shipped we cannot make any changes. 

When will I receive my items after I place an order?

Delivery to the United States, Canada, and Australia usually takes 3-12 business days. Delivery to the rest of the world can take up to 10-18 business days.

These shipping times are estimated and although shipping is often much faster, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the shipping times.

Do mirror stickers come with 1 or 2?

It comes with 1! 

The item I want is out of stock, what do I do?

If there is an item that is not in stock and ON SALE, that means that item will not be restocked. If there is an item that is not in stock, restocking dates will be posted on our Instagram story.
